Scope analysis
The introduction of a software solution for supporting technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management is a project that requires good preparation. Often the requirements are formulated roughly, but the customers lack a concept for successful implementation.
This is where N+P Informationssysteme GmbH uses its scope analysis. The current situation is analysed in a workshop. From this analysis, the N+P project engineers define the goals for the project together with the customer and present a possible way of achieving this goal. A list of questions is the basis for this structured analysis.
